Although, since star anise is used instead of green anise, some people claim it&#039;s not absinthe at all.  You need Green Anise, Wormwood and Fennel to be an absinthe (so say some).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Have you ever seen all the cool gadgets that go along with absinthe?  The fountains, spoons and glasses are pretty cool. 		<description>I loved this article, very, very, informative.  That absinthe fairy crusher was at the edwardian ball in SF, and I saw it first hand, pretty cool, but I still love absinthe poured the old fashion way.</description>
