I was under the impression that at least at one time the King George itself had a dining room, and that the dining room had a certain amount of noteriety for being one of the few places in the San Francisco area which offered the British version of a cardiac breakfast known as a "fry up" (Bacon, sausage, fried eggs (sunny side up) black pudding, fried bread, tomatoes, fried potatoes and fried mushrooms. An AED should be kept readily on hand during consumption).

You might drop a note to them at foodbev@kinggeorge.com and ask what they have in the breakfast department these days.
